Terrible
Been waiting months for responses on my questions, no communication, barely cover anything and Disapointing service. I have sent numerous follow up emails and its a waste of time as they dont give a ****

Don't bother
Impossible to get hold of them in a timely matter, they take their take to give basic responses. They claim to cover certain amounts but you still end up with a co payment (even though it's not a lot, it's the principal of it) You need to call and check every single time you need to see a dr, or need medication or any other test done. It feels as though you need to beg for basic aproval and communication. With the amount we are paying and what they actually cover sometimes seems absolutely ridiculous.

USELESS
As a adult trying to improve my matric in order to study further, I already felt unsure and insecure.. They have no compassion to try and help you, you will ask specific questions and receive late and useless answers that feel automated. You wait days for a response and all they know how to do is resend a task as if you dont already have it. They are absolutely useless at doing their jobs and use high demand as an excuse to neglected you. Ive had an issue with my June exam being rejected and i contacted them as a last resort hoping they would see that it is urgent and i hoped for a timely and relevant response but even that was too much to ask. Do not use them as they do not give a **** about helping you.
