PC vDSG - Ticket pro not honouring Refunds - No response or attempt to help
Been 3 months waiting for Refund keep on sending emails keep on getting replies asking for the same things !! Getting ridiculous. Really put a bad taste on them for me I won’t ever be attending any event that is run by them!! I think best bet would be to lodge a complaint with the ombudsman or the NCC !! ****** *******0 replies
