Wonderfull services from Dr du Plessis. A professional and someone with depth knowledge in his respective profession. The only problem was dealing with one of the front desk agent. She has an attitude problem.

AGENT - Thabang
The first problem that I have. I'm dealing with an issue where I was meant to receive my item yesterday. Around 15:05 I called in and the Agent I was in contact with had told me that my parcel was still in route to be delivered. Around 16:10 When I check on the RAM online platform, It was noted that the item was not delivered due to no contact. that is a complete lie. No one called me yesterday with regards to my delivery. Why would I call in asking for my parcel then ignore a call an hour later while expecting a delivery. Second issue I did a follow up today about my delivery and I was put through to an agent (Thabang) This man WAS SO RUDE TO me over the phone. Please pull my call recording so you can here for yourselves. This type of behavior is unacceptable. Its bad enough that I'm not happy with the service delivery, now also I need to deal with agents that have ****ty attitude.
