Really happy with my experience from Meraki Jewellery. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and overall quality are exceptional and, most importantly, my wife is really happy too. What impressed me most was the customer service — professional, friendly and speedy. We had to do some exchanges and it was seamless - even though I am in JHB and they're in CT. Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and service I’ve received from Old School. You have taken my payment but have not delivered my items, and despite multiple attempts to contact you, I have had no reply. It’s unacceptable that there’s no reachable phone number available and that emails to your 'support' address go unanswered. Based on recent reviews, I can see I’m not the only one experiencing this issue. This feels like outright negligence — or worse, theft — and it’s shocking that you continue to advertise when you clearly cannot meet demand. Have you any decency??? All I’m asking for is a simple, human response — a phone call, an update, anything. You, unofficially, represent the Springboks, a team that stands for pride, integrity, and excellence. Start reflecting that in your customer service. Your product may be authentic, but the people running the operation are damaging your brand’s reputation through silence and inaction. I expect an immediate response confirming when my items will be delivered or when I will receive a full refund. Im really not a bad reviewer but you guys have left me no choice
