I purchased a vehicle from Wingfield Motors in October 2025 and unfortunately my experience since then has been extremely disappointing. Within a week of purchase I began experiencing multiple issues with the vehicle, including warning messages, knocking noises, and drivetrain-related concerns. Despite numerous inspections over several months, I was repeatedly advised that no faults could be found. Only recently after further inspections were faults finally identified, including gearbox-related concerns, a torn CV boot, and a driveshaft issue requiring parts from Germany. Throughout this process I have continued paying monthly instalments, fuel costs, travelling expenses, and carrying the inconvenience of repeated inspections and bookings. What has been most disappointing is that after all these months and ongoing confirmed issues, no courtesy vehicle or temporary assistance has been offered while I am now effectively stranded with a vehicle I do not feel comfortable driving while awaiting parts. This situation has negatively affected both my personal life and ability to earn an income, yet the burden of the inconvenience continues to fall on me as the customer. I expected far better customer care, transparency, and after-sales support when purchasing a vehicle from a dealership.
