Complaint against Nizams Attlyn Mall Atteridgeville Pretoria Gauteng.
I'm writing to file a complaint against NIZAMS for poor customer service and refusal to assist with a product issue. I purchased HAIRGLO relaxer from NIZAMS Attlyn Mall (receipt attached). The product didn't perform as expected, and the user spent 7 days in hospital. When I reported the issue, the manager blamed the supplier and refused to help, citing it wasn't their fault. The product's warranty was still active at the time of the incident (expiring date2021), and I have proof of purchase, medical records, and communication with the shop (attached).
