I booked a ticket through computicket at intercape, Ref nr: 2005260224MP065 that was suppose to departure at 04:04am 20/05/26. We received a message that the bus is delayed with 2 hours. The passenger was there at 5h30 (35 min before) taking in account the 2 hour delay. When the passenger phoned they said the bus left at 5am already. This is not professional as they could've notified also the bus is early again, now the passenger lost the bolt money, had to book another bus and loses a day of work wages. Can intercape refund or sort this problem?

Totay I booked a greyhound bus that was suppose to departure 31/12/2025 at 07h55, from potchefstroom to Pretoria. I was there 30 minutes before the time, when I phoned at 08h24 to find out where is the bus, the lady said the bus was late and picked up 2 passengers and left. There was never a greyhound bus that came there, I was at the correct place (total garage N12). This caused me to again get a bolt back home, borrow money again for another bus and a bolt on top of that I'm losing a 1 day's work wages. This is totally unacceptable, worst is that the company claims they were there but was never a bus.
I booked a bus on computicket, it was for a city to city bus from potchefstroom to Pretoria that was suppose to departure 31/12/2025 at 03h40,the bus never arrived and I was forced to book another bus, this issue got me in trouble at work for being late. I tried calling all the numbers of them but it just said the office opens at 08h00,this is terrible service from city to city bus.
