Poor customer service, pathetic refund procesd
I submitted a return request on 09/12/2025. Received an email indicating that my refund was complete on the 15/12/2025 and the refund would take 5 business days. Followed up on the 22/12/2025, only to be asked if I submitted banking details which were never requested and was informed that the refund will take up to 10 working days as the finance staff was closed. Followed up again on the 29/12/2025, the Thabisile gentleman told me to call after 10 mins as the person dealing with refunds is out.0 replies
