Minor Accident, Major Headache — Very Disappointing Service

The service we received from this business was, quite frankly, the worst we’ve ever experienced. My daughter’s vehicle was involved in a minor bumper bashing — so minor that the vehicle she collided with had no damage at all. Despite this, her vehicle sat with them from September 2025 and was only completed on 9 December 2025. The delays were completely unacceptable and resulted in additional, unnecessary expenses on our side to get my daughter to school, back home, and to her workplace for practical experience while we waited for the vehicle to be repaired. To make matters worse, their quote was four times higher than another reputable repairer I approached. Yet, our insurer insisted on using DME… one can only wonder why. It seems that many panel beaters today have shifted from being skilled repair professionals to simply becoming parts fitters, losing the true essence and craftsmanship of the trade. Unfortunately, this business reinforced that perception.
