Still waiting after 3 months for a paid order from NineLife
September of 2025 we ordered a medical penile clamp for an 86 year old online from NineLife. We already paid for the clamp. It is an urgent order and now we are on the 9th of December 2025 and are having trouble to receive the clamp we ordered. They constantly blame it on customs and does nothing about the complaints we constantly email their way. I think this is the worst service from a company ever. We explained the urgency of this clamp to them. They just don't make it a priority. Now we are out R1900 and no clamp.0 replies
