Another week of being ignored - Worst customer service in South Africa
Another week of being completely ignored by them. Highly unprofessional service. This is my second complaint, and again nothing has been done to address my first complaint on the horrific customer service they have. They deduct the monthly debit order, but still get messages from Lenders about my installments being late and increasing, constantly being harrassed by Lender messages and handover notices. Have escalated this and have been ignored for a week. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They damage your credit record even more, they don't do anything to assist in your issues.1 reply

Pristine Quality Pre-Owned Products - Very Satisfied
Very pleased with my purchases at Mac Shack. I purchased a Macbook Pro 15" as well as an iPhone 14 Pro Max, at a ridiculous cheap rate. The quality was really excellent. Both were in pristine condition. Had doubts before I purchase my first item, but they are very trustworthy. Would recommend for anyone looking at really premium certified apple products at a lekker rate.0 replies

Debit Order Deducted after they said it was Cancelled - Request for Refund Being Ignored for over a Week
I expected everything to go smoothly with Vantage, unfortunately, after they told me Debit Orders were cancelled, a debit order still went off on my account. They have been ignoring my requests for refunds, I have reached out Via WhatsApp and Email, and have been ignored for more than a week now. Not a very transparent process, and they ignore you for days on end. The agent that I have worked with when signing up is Aphiwe, after their first Debit order was deducted, they went silent.1 reply
