Bad customer support
Upon appointing Optivest I was very impressed but oh my word!i changed my debit order details with Momentum Health but for some reason it was not done. Even though I got an email saying it was. I had to find out that my medical aid has been suspended when I wanted to collect my chrinic medication. Was Optivest not supposed to inform me that the debit order has been returned? Truly disappointed in your service.

Level 5 TEFL
Studying again at 63 is not for the feint hearted but TTA made it such a pleasurable experience. Having been a teacher earlier in my life I picked up on everything easily. Getting results so quickly was wonderful. I had to do 3 assignments which petrified me. I didn’t know how I would manage to wait for 5 days to wait for the results, fearing that I would fail and have to resubmit. I got the results within 3 days and passed all of them on my first submission Thank you TTA!
