Terrible employee service at Randburg branch
I visited the Randburg branch on 13/11/2026. My nail tech was Nicky Nkomo , she was very rude and unprofessional . She placed tips on my fingers only to inform me on the last finger that my finger was defected ( since birth ) therefore it’s company policy not to work on it . Bear in mind that I’ve always done acrylic nails at other branches with no hassles . She subsequently went to complain to her fellow colleagues and asked them to help her . When they would not help she told me I need to come back on another day , after all that effort and petrol to get there . Eventually a colleague helped her . She then took 2.5 hrs doing plain, medium length almond acrylic nails . Bear in mind there was no soak off . I arrived at 16:30 my scheduled time, she only started at 17:00 as she was completing another client . I left at 19:15. The whole time she kept a sour attitude whilst continuously looking at phone . It took away from the experience. I would not recommend her.
