Absolutely Terrible Service – Avoid MiWay at All Costs!
I am extremely disappointed with MiWay. The service has been terrible from start to finish. My car repair has been delayed for nearly two weeks because MiWay failed to authorise necessary charges in a timely manner, leaving the panel beaters unable to start work. Communication has been poor, administration has been slow and their promised turnaround times are completely unrealistic. What should have been a simple process has turned into a frustrating experience and it feels like nobody at MiWay is taking responsibility. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience. Their service is unprofessional, slow and extremely disappointing.1 reply
