Poor customer service
Okay so I few months back I app**** for a business loan with no luck, tried online and had to leave a review cause no one came back to me. As soon as I left the review they instantly got back to me and told me to try again after 3 months. Here I am again on holiday in Richardsbay and made a visit to the branch told me that I have to go to thr branch where I openee the business account and also told me to try on the app. Geuss what I have tried multiple timea again and no one got back to me again. Why does it seems like they dont wqnt to help their customers. I am not even sure if I will be approvee. But to go through all this trouble to for nothing seems stupid

Little suspicious
I registered on betway deposited and plays R 50 for the bonus to active won R 120 and then when I reached R 100 it started giving error on the slots when I try to spin, tries other slot same problem. Then I wanted to log out and in again then I couldn't get in. Tried forgot password then it gave me a cant do this account inactive message. So now the bonus i got means nothing as I can't even go into my account

Taking long
After doing a application yesterday still no feedback on approval???heard they are quick??? Will give it sometime as they say it can take up to 24 hrs. But don't think they will make it in that time.

Losing airtime
Why is it whenever I buy airtime or even take emergency recharge, even with mobile data off. They take airtime for don't know what???. Like I understand the fees to be paid for emergency recharge, but to take extra off for no reason ??

Poor service
I have app**** for a credit card on the app for my business multiple times and no one has called me as in yet. I have tried a few times still nothing. When I go to the branch they tell me that only the manager can help me and they are never there.

Good service parts department but lack of good service in admin side
I want to rate 5 stars because of Tertius in the part department, best service fast service and always friendly. Unfortunately I have had a problem with a compressor bought there which I sent back after buying new one for customer. Service was great from Tertius sent me a refund form to fill in after having the compressor tested. Which he sent to admin to sort out refund. Had to phone admin just to find out payment has not been done and they will do it this afternoon which means I will only have payment next week Monday or Tuesday. After there was said payment was done on Tuesday.

Cash Park is a nightmare
Cash Parking is a complete nightmare still waiting on my ads to show up and they keep telling me to wait 24 hours, 2 days, wait for email from our team with nothing happening. Thinking of buying and selling domains elsewhere
