Shoprite excellent customer service.
I regularly shop at Shoprite Maitland, Cape Town. Their customer service is excellent. I purchase 2 items at the price advertised but at the cashier, it went off at a different price. The supervisor. Fatima, immediately reimbursed me in cash for the 30% extra charged. Thank you Shoprite for your customer care, competitive prices and all round clean and tidy shopping experience0 replies
