Poor service at reservations
I tried calling Central reservations in Pmb. Got hold of them after 2 x days. The lady asked me to send copies of the IDs for pensioners discount. I've emailed twice no reply. I called and rhe lady who answered said she would pass on our message. I would get an email with a new invoice. We'll our due date for payment has passed and still no updated invoice. Im not sure if they want business. 🤔1 reply
