I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the unprofessional and unacceptable conduct of Vision Property regarding my deposit refund. Despite repeated requests, they have completely failed to provide basic and necessary documentation to justify the deductions made from my deposit. I explicitly requested a full statement of the bearing account, as well as a detailed breakdown of the costs for painting the side wall — and to date, I have received absolutely nothing. This level of disregard, lack of transparency, and poor communication is deeply concerning. It raises serious questions about how they handle clients’ funds and whether these deductions are even legitimate. Ignoring clients and withholding critical financial information is simply unacceptable. I strongly caution others to think twice before dealing with Vision Property if this is the standard of service they provide.1 reply
