HollywoodBets claiming "insufficient funds" for wins they already admitted to in writing.

I am writing this review to formally log my extreme dissatisfaction with Hollywoodbets regarding, an ongoing, unresolved technical error on their platform. During a session playing Plinko, a clear technical glitch occurred, resulting in a missing payout that I am rightfully owed(R19 000). I have spent weeks attempting to resolve this through standard support channels, but the response has been entirely unacceptable. Despite multiple engagements with support supervisors and extensive documentation provided on my end, the issue remains unresolved. Because we have reached a complete standstill, I explicitly requested a formal Letter of Deadlock so that I could escalate this matter to the relevant gambling boards and independent ombudsman for a fair review. Instead of facilitating this process, Hollywoodbets has stonewalled and ignored my requests for the deadlock letter. As a customer, I expect technical integrity from a betting platform, and failing that, I expect a transparent dispute resolution process. Hollywoodbets has failed on both fronts. I require immediate contact from a senior escalations manager who can either resolve the missing payout or issue my Letter of Deadlock without further delay.
