BAD SERVICE

Skills Academy has been one of the worst educational experiences I have ever paid for. After taking my money, they completely failed to provide proper support or feedback. I submitted my work and was ignored for long periods with no meaningful response from instructors or staff. The academy makes promises about training and student support, but in my experience, they deliver almost nothing. It feels unprofessional, disorganized, and disrespectful to paying students. I deeply regret enrolling here and I am demanding a full refund because the service provided was unacceptable. I would strongly warn others to think twice before wasting their money with Skills Academy.

Extremely Disappointed – SA Accounting Academy Is Completely Unreliable

Dear SA Accounting Academy, I am beyond disappointed with the shocking level of service I’ve received from your institution. What should have been a straightforward NQF Level 4 course has turned into a complete nightmare because of your incompetence and lack of commitment to your students. I paid my fees in full on 8 October, yet I am only receiving my textbooks tomorrow — nearly a month later. Because of this ridiculous delay, I now have only one month to prepare for financial statements and write my exam on 2 December, which is completely unacceptable. This is not just poor service — it’s unprofessional and deeply disrespectful to students who invest their money and time trusting your academy to deliver. Your failure to deliver materials on time has put me at a serious disadvantage, and it’s clear that SA Accounting Academy does not take its commitments seriously. I am now forced to complete my NQF Level 5 and 6 through another institution that actually values its students and can meet deadlines — something you clearly cannot manage. I will not recommend SA Accounting Academy to anyone pursuing studies in finance or bookkeeping. Your lack of accountability, empty promises, and disorganized operations have made this one of the worst educational experiences I have ever had. You should be ashamed of how poorly you treat your students.
