Poor Service, Terrible Atmosphere
I recently hosted my daughter’s 9th birthday party here, and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. The space was extremely cramped, which made it uncomfortable for both kids and parents. The service was also very poor – we constantly had to look for our waiter, and we were not attended to as we should have been, especially for a booked party. One of the biggest issues was the party package. It was clear from the balloons and birthday setup that this was a party, yet the waiter never confirmed anything with me. Only after most of my guests had already left did I receive the party packs, which I had to ask for, and only then did the waiter realise what I had booked. I had already explained this earlier, so this was very frustrating. The timing of the food was also completely off. The pizzas were delayed, and the ice creams were only brought out after I asked for them – by that time, only 4 out of the 9 kids were still there. That is unacceptable for a children’s party. To make matters worse, the staff at the pizza station were very rude and unhelpful, which added to the negative experience. The atmosphere was also unpleasant. There was a very large, loud table nearby playing their own music, shouting and singing, with no regard for other guests. No staff member or manager stepped in to manage the situation. What disappointed me even more is that this is not my first visit. I’ve celebrated a birthday here before and had a great experience. Sadly, the quality has gone backwards significantly. Lastly, no manager came to check on us at any point during the event, which shows a lack of care for customers. Unfortunately, after this experience, I will not be returning.

Getting quotes is amazing, helpful staff, positive and great service in terms of getting a quote, insuring vehicle But when it comes to legal matters, the service is absolutely horrible, someone called me and explained that my excess will not be paid because the guilty party that crashed into my vehicle said it was not her. Nobody gave me a chance to state my side or even follow up and check with me she said I need to refer the matter to the small court claims, so it means that I don't have a say? Is it because outsurance already took their money now they don't care anymore? What happened to investigations? Nobody asked me for my case number nothing, so discusted in how they are handling this matter
