We were billed a “warning letter fee” that does not align with their own published collection procedure, and despite multiple written requests, no clear contractual or legal justification was provided. Communication is extremely poor. Emails are ignored or met with generic responses, and there is no meaningful attempt to resolve disputes. Instead of addressing concerns, responsibility is consistently shifted back to the customer or third parties. We also experienced significant and unexplained fluctuations in water usage. When queried, no investigation was initiated, no proactive support was offered, and no effort was made to assist beyond basic deflection. Even after payment was made under protest to avoid service disruption, the matter was not handled with any urgency or professionalism. If you value transparency, accountability, and basic customer service, you should think twice before dealing with this company.
