I joined icebolethu funeral in 2024 and I was cash paying at the time until an employee informed me that they are able to deduct on Persal of which I submitted everything they asked for and they then started deducting from my Persal, a few months later I received a message saying my policy has lapsed, I went back to Icebolethu Empangeni branch and showed them the message, she said I mustn't worry because it takes some time for payments from Persal to be updated fast forward yesterday I received a link with my details and it shows that the policy has Lapsed and I am R3400 behind in payments yet I've never missed a payment and have my payslips as proof, I now have to take waste my time and resources to sort this matter out.. I've heard that Icebolethu has very bad service but did not know it was to this extent, I advise anyone who wishes to join icebolethu not to do it as this company is trouble and there is no peace of mind at all
2 weeks ago my husband bought data for our son through the capitec app he never received it so we decided to buy him again using another bank app we have which was successfully immediately and we suffered a loss just like and we never thought anything of it until it happened again this morning when I bought my son several social media data but he never received it as well yet the money left my account and mind you my husband was never refunded for that Data that did not get through, Capitec Bank please I need to know why this is happening and please return my money because I had to buy again with another bank and it was successful with them kindly investigate this
