On the 30 November 2025 I decided to try WebAfrica because I had a problem with Vumatel/Flycool, on this day I paid for the service which cost me R429 and I received an sms that everything was successful and was given the username and password but the problem was I couldn't connect to the wifi and I noticed them immediately that's when my nightmare started I couldn't get through to their call center lines on their live chat I even emailed them from the 30 November up until the 15 December 2025 no one could assist me I would be transferred to this agent to another agent and was not given any reference number I would hold the line for more than 2 hours but nothing and on this date still don't have wifi which I paid for, when I went to the profile they created I found out I was registered to a wrong address I am so disappointed I even went to their offices in Woodstock and was told that they moved out there 5 years ago and I went to Montigue garden that office was closed,WebAfrica's service is very poor 😢 I decided that to give up my money because no one was willing to help me and they acknowledge that the mistake was done by the agent that was registering me but they failed to give me back my money, they failed to return my calls, sms, emails. I regret the day I signed for WebAfrica and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
On the 25 June 2025 I received a call from a consultant that is from Mutual credit solutions her name was Phelo and it was about reducing my debits according to her I was overcharged by these companies and promised me that they will negotiate on behalf me to reduce my installments and they will combine all my debit and make I will make one payment and I was happy to start this process but now because I'm married in COP I can't do it alone I needed to include my husband as well,The first installment was on the 25 July 2025 which was R10320 and something but now there was a double installment on my husband's side I tried to follow that up by calling and sending emails but I was told that the bank can not pay me back the money but I was told that after I made a second installment of R8500 in August 2025and that was it I never got my refund but the money was deducted so I told them that I'm canceling my service with them and I joined the We Clear Debt on the 16 September 2025 where I was mislead. Still don't know what to do now.
On the 15 September 2025 I gave a mandate to we Clear Debt for debit review I was assisted by a lady called Chaniel, when she presented I was very interested because I thought they were better than the other company I was unhappy with,so the mandate was supposed to go off on the 26 October 2025 but to my surprise it went off on the 26 September 2025 and on that I alerted them that there is a mistake happened the debit order was supposed to go off the next month not this, they said they will come back to me on that Friday (26.09.2025) but they never come back to me,the following day I went to my bank to reverse it and I was told a bank can't do the reverse I must speak to them as they are the only one who can reverse my money, on Monday the 29 September 2025 I called them again and they said they are still waiting for the recordings and they will come back to me again. Today(1 October 2025) I was told that they already distributed the money to the shops I can't get my money back the only thing that they can do they can freeze the debit order for next month which is October then start again in November, I told them I don't want it like that I want my money back and I'm canceling my service with them because the broke my trust. How can I get my money back because I was not helped at all. There is no way you can sign up a mandate on the 15 September 2025 and start on the same month they were supposed to wait and they got the recordings and was confirmed that I asked the lady that is this debit order go off at the end of October 2025 and the lady said yes it will so I feel I was mislead now they don't want to reverse my money back yo my account.
