Worst possible service ever. I ordered and paid my product 9 days ago. It still has not been received yet they bill as if it has been received. There what's app line cannot tell me where my order is. There helpline cannot tell me where the order is. There courier company cannot tell me where the order is. Order has disappeared into thin air but my money in there account
Dstv is running a **** and money laundering scheme. Last Month I signed up for 30 days on the streaming platform at R798 which is more expensive than the recurring option. Last night they debited my account with R798 again. They had no authority to do that. When I call the call center they inform me that my subscription has been canceled so the R798 did not even re activate the package. So now they sit with my R798 in there bank while I have to try and sort out this mess. When I approached my own bank they advised I must cancel my debit Card and take out a new one at R70. So it going to cost me even more to fix the problem and then I may have to wait for up to 60 days for an investigation. If they do this to 100000 subscribers per month just think of the interest they earn on our money
