Horrible customer service and really don't care.
Horrible service and no response from the service centre for a return order I placed an order of which the item colour is wrong, I am sitting with the parcel for almost 3 weeks. I logged a return and requested for the items to be collected, they made empty promise to send courier to collect. I sent multiple emails and also called the service centre several times, with the promise that the matter would be escalated and that someone would call back and that also did not happen.0 replies
