Good Day<br> <br> For many years I've tolerated the incompetence on call centre staff at RCS, particularly with something as simple as an address that needs to be updated, but finally this is the last straw.<br> <br> The problem started in 2009/10 when I was staying in Brackenfell I changed my address to:<br> <br> 4 Perdekop Close<br> Protea Village<br> Brackenfell<br> 7560<br> <br> But on RCS system is was captured as:<br> <br> 4 Perbekop Close<br> Protea Village<br> Brackenfell<br> 7560<br> <br> In 2013 I moved to Bellville and requested my addres be changed.<br> My new address was:<br> 17 Platinum Place<br> Spanish oak Road<br> Oak Glen <br> Bellville<br> 7530<br> <br> However at RCS it was reflected as<br> 17 Platinum place<br> Brackenfell<br> 7560<br> <br> In 2014 I moved to kraaifontein and once again requested the change for my new address:<br> 100 olympus drive<br> Viking village <br> Kraaifontein <br> 7570<br> <br> RCS updated it as follows:<br> 100 olympus drive<br> Spanish oak road<br> Bellville<br> 7570<br> <br> In march 2015 I requested to have the address corrected but the statement still had the wrong address. i then contacted the Call centre to change the address. this is the address it was changed to<br> <br> 100 olympus drive<br> yellowwoodpark<br> 0299<br> <br> Need i say more????<br> INCOMPETENT!!!
