I bought the laptop 05 the 05 may 2025. On the 29 July they started to give me the problem. I returned it back . Since then they promised to see what happened with the laptop. Since they say they waiting for a technician till today. I request the refund they refused to refund me. I have send emails to head office I didn't get help also.0 replies
