Best service received when you need it most!
This is the second time I had to claim from Outsurance Pet Cover and both encounters were of the highest standards. I made a phone call, sent one or two documents and the next message from MATHAPELO MADISHA was "Great news! Your recent claim for Tom has been successfully processed". The trauma of having our doggie getting stiches after being attacked by another dog, was eased by the excellent service from Outsurance Pet Cover. Well done guys. May you have only success going forward.
