I had a problem with my security system and fidelity adt had to be called out for replacement . The technician Desmond came out the first time he was alone. I must say he was really good. He advised what the problem was and what i needed to sort it out. He came again the second time with two other guys and he was still the same such good work ethic, patient, helpful and overall good service. One of the other guys asked for broom and scoop to clean up after they had drilled which was very nice of him especially as i said i would clean up and he insisted that he would do it. Vry happy with Desmond's service.
Dischem health does it again. Their service and positive results are nothing short of amazing. To anyone who is thinking of medical insurance dischem health is the way to go! This health insurance is the best, no hassle ,no fuss just good service at incredible affordable prices. I will and have been telling everyone how amazing this medical insurance is! Best ever!!!!!
So let me start with how we have been members with virgin on and off for many years my whole family in fact. This year in March i hurt myself and was not able to renew my virgin membership due to injury. I was going to go back once i was healed. I informed virgin of this as they were calling every moth and every month i told them the same story that i was hurt and could not train an was cancelling membership until further notice. But for the love of mercy i don't understand why people do not update their systems why on earth do consultants not share information on their systems so that there is no need to keep calling about the same issue for months on end. Its been 10 months now that vigin keep telling me i need to pay them. I have spoken to so many consultants every single month i even asked the last consultant what language i should speak because they are not understanding. So for the last time will you guys put your records straight check your information and call logs and stop telling me i owe you money! i do not! Can someone sort this out i am so irritated by messages calls ect! iI cancelled my membership in March when i got hurt and had to be hospitalized. Can you guys just amend your systems!
I have been a member since April of this year. A few months after i joined i had to be admitted for emergency operation. I was distraught because i was not sure the medical insurance would approve the surgery (as they pay only for certain emergency procedures ) I was admitted and had the surgery as they did approve and i was in hospital for a few days. The hospital bill was not cheap! I was so happy and thankful to dischem health insurance. It is affordable and they have different plans to suit your needs. They are truly awesome!
Ok so where do i start. We have had the health plan with discovery for a couple of years and they were ok until they were not. In march this year i fell and hurt my knee, i had xray done and thank God nothing was broken just a sprain. Its a journey healing but i am. So we paid for they xray and consult as there had seemed to be a problem with this. When i got home i queried the non payments and was not happy with their answer and i cancelled the medical aid. They still charged me for going to the hospital although i was not admitted and i paid all the doctors and the whole bill for that day. Even though i paid them for 3 months they still found an outstanding amount for about 2 thousand which i guess was the admittance fee for the hospital. I am now dealing with lawyers as they have handed the account over for that amount which i think is so unfair considering i paid over 13 thousand for the 3 months and they still have the nerve to charge me for serviced they did not deliver at all. I am so upset and disappointed with discovery health i think how they went about the matter was disgusting. I would not recommend their service if you are thinking of a medical aid think again there are much better out there and much more affordable with much more benefits.
I have been a member for over 20 years. i feel its a good insurance to have. They give you gifts which i really enjoyed although they not doing it anymore. If you have financial issues and need temporary relief they do put the insurance payments on hold. I feel they could better their payment options or at least give a loan facility which would really assist especially for people with the insurance for over at least 15 to 20 years i think they would get more customers if they implement this.
I like that my concerns are noticed and there is understanding on my situation. Customer care is good and communication. Would like some free gifts tho it’s been years😇
