It's been over a month waiting for the refund of money they took ********ly. After they refinanced our car balloon amount without me agreeing on anything. And we paid the balloon in a lumpsum but they still continued deducting the money.They already taken over R10 000 but wanting to refund R4000 only. Bongani Mthembu

Refinanced without my authority
I took a car finance with MfC that was supposed to end on the 25th January 2026, of which it they still deducted on the 25th February 2026. Then I paid lumpsum of the balloon payment on 23rd March 2026 but on the 25th March they still deducted more money. When I called them to get clarity, 1st I was told that they already refinanced the balloon payment without me knowing, when asked why was I not contacted before to find out what are my plans for balloon payment, I was told they are unable to make calls out. Then I sent them an email and the guy named Christopher Coetzee called and investiged the matter and he came back with a story saying they will only refund us R2000 something out of +R10 000 amount they took after the balloon payment was settled. When I questioned why the R2000, he changed to say R4000. I also asked him why R4000? He couldn't give straight answers and promised to call back but till today No Call ,No refund.
