Worse experience
I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Alamo Car Rental. Despite returning the vehicle in good condition, they've deducted an additional R1300 without justification. The contrast in service was stark - the staff were friendly when I rented the car, but unhelpful when I returned it.0 replies
