Bad decision... Buying at Computer Mania Worcester
Worcester Mountain Mill Mall Computer Mania, Service very poor. Bought laptop and I did mention the urgency. Got it then brought the old one so they can clone to the new one. When I got it back the gave me an old charger. Return it, they promise to call me back but never. When going back was told the person that was helping me is off but they will look for it. Now my husband went back for the 3rd time they told him he has to wait for some time as they may be mistakenly given to other customer. Whose fault is that??? Ma stuck with a brand new laptop with no charger.. Am taking it back, it's either they give me my new charger or they take their laptop

The help was so imme...
The help was so immediately and that made me feel like am their only client... It made me feel important and also i saved a lot🙏🏾
