I've been waiting 4 months for a refund after immediately cancelling an order. I've sent my banking details twice when asked. After several email follow-ups they don't bother to reply. Using their Whatsapp number, the employee was was trying to be helpful by following up with their "Head Office", but still nothing. This is theft. They need to give me back my money. This company thinks that if they just ignore a problem it will go away. Pathetic.
It's absolutely ridiculous that we're forced to give permission for the app to have access to our phone calls by having to accept security calls before we can log into the app.
