Been requesting for a flex account its more than a month now . Customer service so slow, they tell you the same thing on evry enquiry , (WE ARE WORKING ON IT) WHAT ARE YOU WORKING ON FOR A MONTH !even going to China takes a day, so whats wrong with their customer care that takes forever.
Billing date is the 1st of each month, and they decide to take money from my account on the 28th, that is 2 days before, and i call them to escalate the issue to ask for a refund , because the money in my account is not for rain , it has another use that is why my billing date is on the 1st, for a reason. The customer agent told me he doesnt control the system , it automatically took money on its own , the only thing he can do , is to send an email to ask for a refund on my behalf, of which I might get a response from 24 to 48 hours, then if i do thy will call me to verify my details , then the refund will take up to 7 days.....On my side i see that as *****, just because you have access to my account, doesnt mean you can do as you please apart from what we agreed on. The customer care agent even dropped the phone on me.
