Shopping on the online platform & clearing your cart is a breeze, but the nightmare is coming-delivery time. The delivery partner is horrible; they do not deliver anything & log it in the system as having attempted delivery (which is untrue). The delivery partner is so unprofessional; the drivers even shout at you. It's been a week now of waiting for my order, & each day they 'attempt to deliver' then put it onto the next day's delivery round, only for it not to arrive/be delivered the next day. I wouldn't recommend shopping online from Ayana.
Horrible service (people who work at call centres try to be constructive). Ordered a bed, which was delivered on Monday, the 2nd of June. After a thorough inspection, it was clear that the bed was of substandard quality. You could hear when the springs coil (advertised as pocket spring- Serta bed by the way) and the sides '**** out' when you sit on the bed! Because of these issues, I immediately emailed Sleepmasters on 2 June 2025 to arrange a return and didn't even unwrap the bed. I was advised the return has been "logged with the supplier," and almost 2 weeks later, I'm still stuck in a limbo, unable to get a resolution. Despite repeated follow-ups, Sleepmasters has failed to either collect the bed & provide a refund/replacement. Their internal communication issues with their supplier are now directly impacting my well-being. I expect when they finally do collect it, I will have to wait weeks before they process the refund! I wouldn't recommend Sleepmaster to anyone; find other reliable mattress retailers who prioritise quality and their customers' experiences.
