Good day, I would like to lodge a formal complaint regarding the handling of my account and the poor service I have received. I have always paid my account without any problems. However, your company debited my account earlier than our agreed debit date without any notice, communication, or consent from me. After reviewing the policy and our agreement, I confirmed that there was no arrangement allowing an early debit order. No one from your side contacted me by phone or email to inform me of this change beforehand. As a result, the debit was unsuccessful because I was not prepared for the money to be taken before the agreed date of the 27th. I contacted the branch requesting assistance and asked for another mandate, but although I was promised that someone would contact me, nobody did. I also sent an email to [email protected], the email address provided on the mandate details, and I never received any response. What is even more disappointing is that I am now receiving calls at my workplace from people saying Lewis is looking for me, making it seem as though I am avoiding payment or refusing to cooperate. This is unfair and unprofessional because the problem started due to your company failing to follow our agreed debit arrangement. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication, assistance, and professionalism shown in handling this matter. I request urgent intervention and expect someone to contact me as soon as possible to resolve this issue professionally.
I had the worst experience with MTN, I am taking this home network router back so I can be refunded! There is no hope with all the reviews I have seen today only, I ask you in advance to refund my money so we can respectfully part ways. This was beyond horrible and this is where I draw the line. All I can say is WOWW MTN!!!
