I would like to raise a complaint regarding the unacceptable service I received at a Shell Garage in Queenstown on Thursday morning at around 6:00am. I had stopped to use the restroom facilities. After using the restroom, I proceeded to brush my teeth at the sink. At that point, one of the employees an older lady approached me in a very aggressive and disrespectful manner. She shouted at me in isiXhosa, saying, “Kudala uqitha apha awuyazi akuhlanjwa mazinyo apha,” implying that I should know that brushing teeth is not allowed there. This was the first time I had ever heard of such a rule. Instead of calmly explaining the policy, she chose to shout at me, which I found highly unprofessional and humiliating. As much as I was upset, I remained respectful and did not respond rudely, as I was raised to treat others with respect. I then requested to speak to a supervisor because I was extremely unhappy with how I was treated. The employee’s tone, approach, and lack of professionalism were completely unacceptable. Customers deserve to be treated with dignity and respect at all times. If there are rules regarding the use of facilities, they should be communicated politely not through shouting and ************. I trust that this matter will be taken seriously and that staff will be reminded of the importance of customer service and respectful communication.
I am extremely frustrated with the poor service from my cellphone provider (Rentoza). My device was locked despite the fact that I made payment on 26 April. Prior to this, I had already communicated that I would be away over the Easter weekend. I was assured that arrangements would be made and that someone would be sent to unlock my device. To date, I am still waiting, with no resolution and no proper feedback. This has caused significant inconvenience as I rely on my phone for daily communication. It is unacceptable that after making payment and following the correct process, I am left without service and forced to chase a resolution. I request that this matter be treated with urgency and that my device be unlocked immediately. I expect prompt feedback and action.
Our company decided to change transport service and use this AI related company . Since the start of their contract it’s been a nightmare for us employees using the service we have raised concerns sent complaints but nothing is being done about it all we are told is that the transportation company is an automated service . I am disappointed in how they coordinate transport I stay in Site C Khayelitsha but you will find that I am grouped with Vans that are going to gugulethu and Nyanga meanwhile there is a Van going to were I stay . Please can this be looked into .
