Hi good day hope all is well I just want to put in a complaint my service provider which Mweb vumatel I've been asking them for more then 2 years for they help even if it is going to cost me more to have a strck password where you can't even scan the password only by entering your password itself yest they cut your call take long to answer long answering machine that rakes your airtime And what is so bad of them they don't even have a walk in office always need to contact them so I would love to expose they bad services I'm with them since 2019 And always felate to notify you when there is a outage or don't even notify you Please if they can cancel my account with this months payment refund and my extra month which I paid twice they owe me since March 2024 also and they like to cut your call when they see that the customer question them on the right things and needs help or explaining of something they confuse or don't understand Thank you in advance V.Levine

I cancel my policy with them cause they never submitted my application so I decided to go for somewhere else for policy but then September 2025 they deducted from me after I have cancel with them so I went to the branch they were gonna get back to me so I believe I gave them enough time now I want my money back please R441 plus R143 please let them refund my money asap
I want my winnings and they keep on asking me to recharge but how can I everytime would like to report them
Since last year my account was been hacked and outcome stated closed account with my funds in so I'm not a happy customer they couldn't assist me on getting my account back or being still a customer all they could say is the company had close the account was stop for more then a year no feed back until I asked how far are they with my feedback so instead of notifying me then they had close all my accounts

Hi good day just another review I'm writing it's been a whole week since last Friday up until now I'm without my internet they had debit they monthly fee even if you spend over a hundred rand of airtime you still don't come through to them they service are extremely bad no other star can be of a help I'm so tired of the same issue that's never resolve I'm with them for so long and not to be come and make a difference but it's more worse so I'm posting this review cause of a sad customer whom never get a decent service of them

I trust all is good To whom this may concern I Venetia Levine Is a customer of mweb and to be honest they service are so bad I'm with them for somewhat 4/5 years now And always the same when you try to get hold of them and I've been trying to reach out to them since Friday the 30th of May 2025 It's Monday but no1 came back to me Friday my airtime ran out but the guy I spoke to, I told him about my issue and just when I wanted to hear what he saying my airtime was out but didn't have the decency to call back I've phone them again Saturday with data too but no respond I tried phone them this morning worth of R30 airtime out so I please wane expose them please if you could please help me with a sincere heart Hope you really do understand Miss me V.Levine
