This year the 14th of February 2026 .I purchased a vechile ( Ford Fiesta 1.0L Titanium 2018 model ) from Infinite Auto the very same day I got the vechile the vechile started showing problems.I spoke to Riana whom is the sales person and on the 19th of February 2026 I sent her videos and pictures of things that concerned me and I then said to her that I no longer want the vechile and want to bring it back. She then said with confidence that they will repair everything and I dont need to worry about anything on the 29th of March the car broke down with me and my wife on the N3 highway it gave mechanical issues on that dav as well I said that I don't want the car anvmore and again thev repaired it and did not want to accept my request of canceling the Finance agreement with Wesbank. I only got the vechile back from them on the 13th of April 2026 leaving me without any transport for 2 weeks. Not giving any courtesy car ! 3 days after I got the vechile back it broke down again and at this point I was sick and tierd of break downs and empty promises and I took the car back to them and I requested for a 3rd time for them to cancel the finance agreement with Wesbank and to settel with Wesbank as I don't want the car back and that I want to search for something reliable and that was on the 16th of April 2026. They then denied my request and said they have rights as well and that I must lodge a complaint with MIOSA. So I then did so and did not take the vechile back even after they said they repaired it again even though I did not request for repairs. They also did not care if I suffer financially because I am still paying Wesbank monthly and paying my insurance. I got Wesbank involved as well and they did not help me at all! So now I am waiting for MIOSA to resolve my complaint according to my requests that fall in line with the CPA Acts, From the 16th of April 2026 Infinite Auto did not give me a courtesy car to make things easier for me and I have been sitting without a vechile for more than a month now and I am still waiting for MIOSA to resolve my complaint. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIPI!I They don't care about customer service and doing what's best and they just leave it in MIOSA's hands Wesbank also just said they are closing my complaint and I need to let them know what MIOSA's decision is bad customer service from Wesbank as well. I would not recommend Infinite Auto and if you are in the line of buying from them cancel before you take the vechile Also take note that this is the 2nd attempt of posting my complaint. They don't want the public seeing my complaint becuase they keep reporting it and HelloPeter keeps removing it!!
So we moved in on one of Property Legends units that we rented. Our move in date was October 2023. We leased the property from them up until April 2025 . I was a very good tenant and always paid my rent on time and utility's on time. Our lease agreement came to a end April 2025 and I did not renew . I did the move out inspection with the agent and I waited for them to pay my deposit. After a week I followed up and they said they have between 7 to 14 working days to pay out my deposit . So after the 7th day I followed up again and the informed me that they are waiting for a maintance invoice. I then inquired about it and it came out that the got a company to paint out the bedrooms and the lounge area and the ceiling of the bathroom. I told them that the place looked like that when we moved in 2023 and that they need to double check the move in inspection with the move out inspection. They then got back to me and said the ceiling issue in the bathroom will be taken off but as for the repainting off the walls they will still deduct it from deposit . I sent back a email to say that I am not happy and they got back to me and basically said I can take the matter up with the renting tribunal. It has been more than 14 days and I am still waiting for my deposit. I have lodged a legal complaint with the PPRA and I hope they will be able to assist because R 7 700.00 is a lot of money and Property Legends just do as they please without communicating it with tenants
