After more than 30 years , very disapoointing on service and no whatso ever feedback on multiple emails

@TraTotalrisk I have been n loyal client for over 30 years. First time I really needed you, payment was declined with s reason I asked Bestmed to audit for me. Bestmed kindly did a Audit and came back that the reason they did not pay a fairly high amount, was actually that my benefits for that specific part of my operation was depleted, and that is exactly why I have gab cover. So did send about 20 emails to please relook with attached audit etc. no replies except auto responses did receive. No replies whatsoever. Really very very disappointing
