After more than 30 years , very disapoointing on service and no whatso ever feedback on multiple emails
@TraTotalrisk I have been n loyal client for over 30 years. First time I really needed you, payment was declined with s reason I asked Bestmed to audit for me. Bestmed kindly did a Audit and came back that the reason they did not pay a fairly high amount, was actually that my benefits for that specific part of my operation was depleted, and that is exactly why I have gab cover. So did send about 20 emails to please relook with attached audit etc. no replies except auto responses did receive. No replies whatsoever. Really very very disappointing0 replies
