Don't buy lotto from Capitec
I have a few issues but the final straw is them not paying out Lotto winnings from tickets bought via the app. I was told by 'customer services' to contact Lotto directly, when I asked to speak to a supervisor I hung on for 5 minutes and then the line went dead.2 replies
