Revibe, I want my money back, I don’t care about your so called policies, you have something of mine, I reported the fault well within it six months and each time I’ve heard some BS story from you team, If I need to open a case I will but I want my money back.
I am giving you a 5 star rating for customer service that sucks, I regret purchasing a device from Revibe, after all the trouble and apparently flexible options, which was only one that I have to pay for, yes the shipping was reduced but thanks to Revibe and Shima for the worse service ever , I hope you happy by the outcome of this, to think I was even willing to accept a partial refund, I'd really like management to contact regarding this matter but I doubt they will...Absolute BULL**** pathectic
