Was booked for service today at 7:00am. I arrived at 7:05 and they said they open 7:15. They processed our information n took our cars into the service area. We waited in the waiting area for 6 hours while staff was doing ups and downs and not communicating anything with us. Around 13:06 we asked how far are they with the cars only to find that they had not even started. 6 hours later they wanted to start with my car n I was thee second person to arrive. No information, no explanation and nothing. I ended up leaving.
I had a contract with MTN and when it came to an end, MTN called for an upgrade. I told the lady that called that I could no longer afford R200 contract instead I opted for the R150 contract. What MTN did was to debit over R350 from my account, the amount we never agreed on. Another issue I had with MTN is that I have requested over 5 times to change debit order date but that never happened. Each time they promised that they have changed but they never did. Instead now they debited mire than double the amount I agreed to. I regret having anything to do with MTN.
