It is always a pleasure dealing with this company. In the past month, I have had three claims for my pet. All the claims were approved within a day or two and were paid out the next day. Wendy Lynch is fast and efficient. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for pet insurance.
I had a membership with MoiMooi years ago (about 10 years or more) but cancelled my account due to the terrible service I received. However, to my shock, they are now again debiting my account even though I cancelled it years ago and have no active membership. I spoke to a lady called Janine at the call centre today, and she said she would investigate this and send the info to the accounts department. Can someone from management please contact me urgently to advise how on earth this could happen and to cancel my account and delete all my details once more? Janine accessed my old account and has my telephone number so that management can contact me. If my account gets debited by this company again, I will open a case at the police.
