I have been a member of Moimooi for a couple of years. December 2024 I cancelled my subscription and paid the cancellation fee. I received email to say they are sorry for loosing me, that I don't owe them any money and my debit order will be stopped. End of January R599.00 was deducted from my bank, on phoning a very unmannered person said I need to pay my fee for 2025. Trying to explain to her that I received an email and that I don't owe them any money was impossible. The background noise of the call center is terrible. I them dispute my debit order with the bank. I then send an email to the person who I received an email from, still waiting for her response. End of February 2025 the debit order of R599.00 went of twice, I immediately dispute and reverse it. I then sent a email again, still waiting for a response. I know of 2 people with the same problem.
