Pool Guru will have you fooled
Since 2022 the only thing really enjoying my pool is my pool light popping out by now I could've installed 7 x new lights with the amount of silicone sealant- numerous attempts to get Malvern to come sort out this mess failed he just flat out ignore and also the main office -

Momentum- Notice of Death and the black void of silence by this company to clients
I submitted a notice of Death I February 2025 also executor yet the devision working with settlements don't have any way of being comtacted on other than email - They dont respond or acknowledge documents received - They dont provide feedback on the process status They basically write policies and totally ignore after sales of these policies . I have received much better service from smaller insurance companies than Momentum - I would like the devision responsible for death payouts to get in contact so we as a family can understand what is the actual dead silence pun intensded on financial matters!
