WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
They delay calls so that your airtime finishes. I called 5 times in one hour and used R100 airtime; agents are rude. They do not help and payments are irregular6 replies

Unsatisfactory service and rude staff
They do not live up to the claim processing time, cause unexpected delays which inconvenience claimants. They are not great at communicating timelines and staff is very rude and doesn’t apply empathy3 replies
