The customer service department was very rude. I called I wanted to join the service plan insurance, but the lady who assisted me was rude.
I tried to buy TV at Makro 2023, but I couldn't finish my order because of technical issues. Last year, I got a call from TV Licence saying I owed them money for the TV I bought at Makro, but that didn't happen. I took the matter to Makro, and they were supposed to write me a letter stating that I hadn't purchased the TV at Makro, but as of right now, I haven't received it. I spoke with Akhona about but still I’m not getting helped
I had a bad experience with Holland's poor service; they want me to pay an access fee for my prior claim, even though the job wasn't done correctly. When I brought this to their attention, they want me to pay the access fee again, which is double. Why should I pay for something that was their fault?
