Centurion Mall Branch I was extremely concerned to find the establishment completely swamped by bees during my visit. When I brought it to the staff's attention, they mentioned the bees had been there for "a while." It is disappointing to see such a lack of urgency regarding the safety and well-being of both customers and employees. I hope management addresses this immediately before someone with an allergy is seriously hurt.

Not even joking I am sending emails containing “business day number n”. We’re on 13, with no response. The lack of communication is unbelievable. I asked you guys for a debit order last year September, it was never set up, all of a sudden December I had to pay a huge amount of money, no one could take responsibility. Well I had to pay it, cause it’s my fault right? The end right? **** no. January that same FULL amount was deducted once again. Easy right? Call them, email them. Nope and nope. As soon as I get to finance and before they even answer the phone gets put down in my ear. I sent you guys my proof of payment 3 times where you guys confirmed it is settled. But you still blame me for not paying. After two weeks you realise the issue? “Expect a refund”. That’s where we are now business day number 13. No communication no feedback, no refund. Don’t come with the “you got credit on your account”. Why do I as the customer have to keep on paying for YOUR negligence. You basically stole my money, I didn’t have, due to your lack of competence.
